Autumn Children’s Session with Double Cake Smash at Tredegar House

This autumn session at Tredegar House was full of energy, laughter and a good bit of buttercream. Organised for Alice, who brought her two girls, and her sister, who came along with her son and daughter, it turned into a brilliant afternoon celebrating the little ones and all their personalities.

We started with the cousins running wild through the grass — lots of giggles, chasing, and those perfectly unplanned moments you can never recreate. Then came the main event: two cake smashes. It didn’t take long before icing-covered hands, crumbs everywhere, and the kind of expressions that make you laugh just looking at them.

Sessions like this are my favourite - simple, fun, and full of genuine moments. No posing, no pressure, just children being themselves and loving every minute of it.
