How do I book a session?

You can book directly on my website via the online booking calendar, or message me on Instagram or Facebook if you prefer. Once we’ve confirmed the details, you’ll receive a confirmation email, invoice and guide to help you prepare for your upcoming session.

What is included in my session fee?

• My time photographing your session

• Professional editing of your images

• A private online gallery for viewing and downloading

• 25 fully edited, high-resolution images of your choice
  You can add more images after you’ve seen your gallery.

Can I buy more images than the included 25?

Yes. Most galleries contain around 100 or more images to choose from.

Image upgrade options

• 50 images … +£75

• 75 images … +£125

• Full gallery (about 100–150 images) … +£150 to £200 (depending on full gallery number)

• Add individual images … +£10 each

Just tell me which option you’d like after viewing your gallery, and I’ll update your invoice, then unlock the additional images.

Where do sessions take place?

I photograph outdoors in South Wales, in your home for relaxed lifestyle sessions, and I can arrange a studio if requested. Studio hire has an additional fee of £60 for 2 hours or £90 for 3 hours.

Do you travel?

Yes, I’m based in South Wales and happy to travel. Travel costs may apply depending on the distance. Tell me where you’re based and I’ll confirm any fees.

What are your turnaround times?

• Newborn, maternity, family and cake smash sessions: 2 to 4 weeks

• Weddings: 6 to 8 weeks
  I’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

How do payments work?

A 30% retainer is due at booking to secure your date. The final balance is due 14 days before the shoot. Image upgrades are invoiced after you’ve viewed your gallery.

What if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?

If the forecast is poor, we’ll chat the day before and either switch to an in-home session or reschedule for the next suitable date.

What should we wear?

Soft, neutral tones and comfortable clothes photograph beautifully. For little ones, keep it simple and let them move.

What is your photography style?

Warm, natural and documentary. I guide you into good light and offer gentle prompts, then let real moments unfold. No stiff posing.

How many people can be included?

Immediate family is perfect for most sessions. If you’d like to include extended family or pets, let me know so I can plan time and location. Extra charges may apply.

How will I receive my photos?

You’ll get a private online gallery link. From there, you can favourite, select your 25 included images, request upgrades, and download the final files with the option of high resolution or web resolution.

Can I share my photos online?

Yes, please do. If you tag me, it helps others find my work. If you prefer your images to remain private, just let me know.

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy?

Your retainer secures your date and is non-refundable. If you or your child is unwell, or something unexpected comes up, we will reschedule for the next suitable date. Final payment is required no later than 14 days before your scheduled session.

How far in advance should I book?

I limit bookings to keep quality high and to protect weekends. Popular dates go quickly, so booking early is best, especially for newborns and cake smashes.
